These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Nusabet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at nusabet.cam (the "Platform").

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Age Verification: We will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposits refunded where legally required — any winnings will be forfeited.
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly should any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. Nusabet will never contact you to request your password and accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit confirmation.
Nusabet is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. We reserve the right to request identity documentation at any stage — including prior to processing withdrawals — in order to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. We aim to process verification submissions within 24 hours during business days. Deliberately providing false documentation constitutes fraud and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Nusabet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated at the exchange rate at the moment the blockchain transaction receives the required number of network confirmations. Nusabet is not responsible for price movements that occur between the time of initiation and confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. No withdrawal fees are charged by Nusabet on any method.
A deposit must be wagered at least once in full before a withdrawal of the deposited amount is permitted. This prevents misuse of the Platform for payment processing purposes unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
Nusabet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or unresolved bonus wagering requirements.
From time to time, Nusabet offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the point of offer, which supplement — and in the event of conflict take precedence over — these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus must generate RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are disclosed in the specific promotion's terms. As a general guide: sports bets and live casino tables typically contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
Nusabet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to complete rollover without genuine betting intent, and exploiting errors in bonus configurations. Detection of such activity will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may result in permanent account closure.
Referral bonuses are subject to eligibility confirmation. Both the referring Player and the referred Player must satisfy all applicable KYC and wagering conditions before referral rewards are credited. Self-referrals are prohibited.
All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game, as published in the Platform's betting rules section. The following general provisions apply across all markets:
A wager is only deemed accepted once it has been confirmed in your Account's betting history with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a discrepancy between the odds displayed and those recorded in the system at the time of bet placement, the odds recorded in our system shall prevail.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond a defined period, manifest pricing errors (palpable errors), or insufficient data to determine the outcome. Stakes on voided bets are returned in full to the Player's Account Balance.
Nusabet reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Player. Maximum payout limits are disclosed in the Platform's betting rules and may vary by sport and market. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake requirements displayed at the time of bet placement. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs at the adjusted odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
Fraud Prevention: Nusabet works with third-party fraud detection services to identify suspicious account activity. Where fraud or criminal activity is detected, we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, and page layouts — is the property of Nusabet or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nusabet, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Nusabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:
Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance representing Bonus Funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Cash deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Any remaining Balance after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
Nusabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or contacting you via your registered email address prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, it shall be escalated to senior management within 14 calendar days.
